Drake Buys Luxurious $15 Million Texas Ranch

The ranch features a 14,300-square-foot residence, as well as multiple haciendas and casitas.

After a publicized rap feud, with Kendrick Lamar Drake has recently added another property to his real estate portfolio.

In October the Toronto rapper invested $15 million in purchasing The Inn at Dos Brisas, a 313 acre ranch in Brenham two hours from Dallas.

Reported by Texas Monthly the ranch boasts a 14,300 square foot main house and several charming smaller residences. The property also features a wine cellar stocked with 7,000 bottles, a shooting range, multiple basketball and tennis courts a stable for horses riding facilities and various horse herds.

“Dos Brisas is a rare legacy ranch property that offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right buyer, which we were able to find once we listed it bringing the price in line with the market conditions at the time,” listing agent Tonya Currie told CultureMap Dallas.

Drake announced the acquisition in September through an Instagram video showcasing him exploring the property.

“Me and my partna’, we done gone country on y’all,” Drizzy said in his best country accent. “We said we was gonna do it for a lot of years and we’re doing it today. The sale is made. We gotta drop a new one for this. If you see your girl at the ‘Lover Boy Lake’, it’s over.

Purchased by tech magnate Doug Bosch and his spouse, Jennifer back in 2000 as their retreat the Relais & Châteaux retreat underwent a conversion into a resort by 2004. Regrettably it had to cease operations in 2022 due, to the impact of the COVID 19.
