Trigger warning; The video includes disturbing scenes of violence and abuse.

Recent footage has surfaced showing Sean “Diddy” Combs physically assaulting Cassie Ventura some years ago.

A security video obtained by CNN from March 5 2016 captures the music mogul assaulting his girlfriend. The clip begins with Cassie walking through a hallway at the closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles heading towards the elevators with a bag. Combs catches up to her grabs her by the neck throws her to the ground and then kicks her while she remains motionless.

The video serves as evidence supporting the claims made by the singer in her lawsuit filed in November 2023 where she accused the Bad Boy Records founder of rape, mental abuse, sexual battery, assault and other crimes.

As the disturbing footage unfolds further Diddy pulls Cassie away from the elevator area. Into another part of the hallway. The camera then captures Diddy picking up a glass vase and throwing it towards Cassie—an incident detailed in the lawsuit from November.

Douglas Wigdor, Cassies lawyer commented on this video saying “The gut-wrenching video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs. Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to bring this to light,” reads the statement, according to legal reporter Meghann Cuniff.

The legal case mentioned earlier was resolved one day after it was initiated. A statement confirmed that both parties had reached an resolution on Friday evening although the specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Cassies legal actions led to a series of accusations and legal battles, against Diddy. Presently he is confronted with a lawsuit accusing him of raping a 17 year girl in 2003. On Friday (May 10) Sean Combs lawyer, Jonathan D. Davis submitted a motion to dismiss the lawsuit asserting that it was an malicious claim that was filed late.
