YoungBoy Never Broke Again Arrested in Utah

According to jail records, the artist was arrested on Tuesday.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again was arrested in Utah on Tuesday for charges including identity fraud, forgery and other offenses. Reports, from WBRZ revealed that the musician, who had been under house arrest was apprehended by authorities. Although details surrounding the arrest were limited at the time of reporting jail records show that YoungBoy was taken into custody by the Cache County Sheriffs Office on Tuesday evening around 6:30 p.m.

The alleged crimes included engaging in activities attempting to obtain drugs committing identity theft forging documents possessing controlled substances and carrying a weapon.

In a post on his cat Neons Instagram account July YoungBoy expressed feeling unwell due to being on house arrest. His lawyer later mentioned in court documents that the artist was grappling with anxiety, depression, weight loss and sleep problems.

Recently federal prosecutors charged YoungBoy for violating his house arrest conditions of his upcoming trial, for a federal gun case scheduled in July.
Billboard reported that the musician, from Baton Rouge faced charges from authorities in February for violating the conditions of his house arrest by either using or possessing a banned substance.

The start of the trial is expected to be postponed because of a ruling on the Second Amendment, by the Supreme Court.
